This position reports to the Executive Vice President of the division, one level below the company's board.





  • Coordinate and organize the Executive Vice President's/Chief Marketing Officer's schedule, internal and external customer meetings, workshops and travel arrangements

  • Support of all internal and external administrative tasks to the manager

  • Keeping minutes and action items during meetings, acting as internal business partner and competent interface

  • Following up on on To Do's, ensuring smooth work flow and communications between internal and external business partners and the management

  • Preparing presentations and coordinating necessary briefing material

  • Interface between different stakeholders, the international team and colleagues worldwide, demonstrating professional and efficient communication

  • Responsiblity for administrative processes and project activities as they arise and need attention




You are best equipped for the role if you have:


  • Completed Secretarial or foreign language correspondent education, degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification
  • Demonstrated many years of professional experience as an assistant – ideally in an international, English speaking working environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a very structured and organized approach
  • A proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with various customers and departments
  • Proactive approach in everything you do
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, in particular MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English
