There are offices in Frankfurt, Berlin and Dusseldorf, for example where you are very welcome to join but can also opt for working exclusively remotely.

  • Attractive remuneration based on your background and experience approximately between
    60.000€ and 75.000€ p. a.

  • Part time to full time position (starting at 50%) with flexible working hours provided your accessibility during business hours.



  • This role can be executed in a part time or full time role. Currently, the Partner is supported by an Assistan who is dedicating approximately 50% of her time to this role. In the future, the role can be extended by tasks i. e. in the HR or Business Development field and therefore also be created into a full time position. There is certainly enough work!
  • Your Partner is located in Munich, working from home when in town and responsible for 50% of the European revenue. She is a young, dynamic, open-minded and often travelling Partner with a full agenda, a team of 25 direct reports and various internal and external projects. Given these broad responsibilities you will be the interface between many internal and external business partners
    • providing support to your Partner in extensive calendar and (international) travel management
    • organizing meetings and events, taking care of bookings, confirmations etc.
    • creation and coordination of presentations/necessary documents 
    • supporting the team with administrative tasks when needed (this is not a Team Assistant role though)
    • checking the Emails and current To Do's ensuring that no ball is dropped and picking up the loose ends
    • also providing support as a Personal Assistant for your Partner who might need help due to her heavy agenda





  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an assistant role, ideally on management level
  • Business fluent in both German and English - verbally and in writing
  • A self-starter, a reliable and solution oriented personality, self-confident and capable of working very independently
  • High level of service orientation combined with a hands-on and can-do mentality
  • Flexible, loyal and responsible personality - regarding tasks and time (here meaning that you are willing to check your emails when you anticipate critical and time sensitive situations or that you take a call after business hours for urgent matters. This may not occur for months and is of course trust based.)
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office programs and communication tools with the affinity to IT-/digital-related topics
  • An easy going, friendly and positive thinking team mate who can quickly build up an internal network but also knows how to communicate with clients on board level.
  • Someone who likes to support, a problem solver and happy colleague.
