For the growing team we are looking for a





who will be supporting the colleagues with office administrative tasks and assist the groups Head of Finance.



The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. This role supports the investment team as well as the new hired Head of Finance and requires the ability to juggle competing responsibilities while prioritizing. Daily responsibilities include a mix of finance support tasks, calendar management, coordinating meetings, travel and logistics, and prioritizing across multiple leaders. We are looking for someone with strong experience working with a team in fast-paced environments, and the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy and discretion.




  • Manage and maintain multiple calendars, including recurring meetings, prioritizing appropriately and using good judgment in offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning needs
  • Meetings may include Board meetings, team off-sites and ongoing staff meetings which includes coordination, audio/video set-up as needed, catering and program material preparation
  • Maintain databases, slack channel and other networking tracking activities
  • Respond to urgent inquiries from internal and external stakeholders on the teams’ behalf
  • Handle highly confidential information and documents with discretion and confidentiality
  • Process and track expenses in a timely manner for the team
  • Support the Head of Finance in regular reportings, accounting activities etc.:
    • Tracking the key financial data of the portfolio companies, help with daily interaction with external accountants and key stakeholders to provide financial information on the funds and the portfolio companies
    • Handle the quarterly reportings to key stakeholders, in internal tracking of fund development etc.
    • Help with the preparation of financial material for audit committees, board meetings
  • Operate with exceptional attention to detail




  • Few years of experience in supporting multiple level executives and small teams in office management as well as financial supporting tasks
  • Solid understanding of fund accounting activities 
  • A strong team player, proactive, positive and personable with excellent communication skills and a “can do” attitude- willing to take initiative with confidence
  • Resilient, with ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work to deadlines
  • High degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills in both, German and English
  • Strong calendar management and prioritization skills
  • Advanced proficiency with outlook, google docs, as well as key applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Zoom
