who will support the experiened manager in all relevant administrative processes with a Munich based office.

Your function includes classic office management as well as tasks of a private nature, supporting the Founder & CEO.


  • Proactive and independent support to the manager in all administrative, organizational and process related matters with regards to current investements
  • Administration of all contracts and coordination of service providers as well as management of the business office
  • Organization of business and private appointments and travel planning
  • Classic assistance tasks such as digital calendar management, correspondence, event planning, travel bookings and accounting
  • Investments, deal with relating paperwork and control all necessary process steps (from pipeline to wire)
  • Investment Pipeline: overview pipeline and potentially do small research jobs
  • Interface to tax/accounting firms and other relevant business partners (e.g. filings)
  • Continuous optimization of office working tools
  • Managing and building a frame for professional networks (e. g. database, event management etc.)




  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role (minimum of 5 years) on management level, being able to multi-task, work internationally and deal with a variety of different processes, projects and tasks
  • Native level German and very good English skills - verbally and written - ideally topped by an additional language (e. g. French)
  • Open-minded and positive personality with outstanding communication skills
  • Familiar with basic digital working tools (e.g. Google, Gmail, Airtable) and potentially curious and savvy enough to help to build the right and efficient infrastructure
  • Open to do all: from basic jobs (e.g. travel, expenses, filings, private stuff) to more challenging tasks
  • Very good MS-Office skills with a certain IT affinity
  • Solution-oriented, resilient and hands-on mentality
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize daily tasks




Your office will be centrally located in Munich - possibly and probably within the frame of an existing investment company. This is an unlimited contract and full-time position with a certain degree of flexibility and home office work in close cooperation with the manager's and business needs. You will be working on eye level and regarded as an important player and sparring partner. Your manager is human, open, easy-going and at the same time very busy and demanding. Depending on your background, experience and ambition you will be able to grow personally and within the business and take on more and more responsibilities and tasks. The classical back office/assistant work is the basis whereas the expectation is for you to develop your skills, understand the business and work independently in order to become a reliable and competent business partner within the firm.
