We are looking for an experienced

 

PERSONAL ASSISTANT (gn)

to the COO

 

to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service, helping to manage and prioritize times and tasks in order for the COO to focus on strategic matters.

 

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Calendar management – including setting-up meetings, follow-up with the attendees, room booking, coordination with other EAs/PAs of the Board Members;
  • Coordination of travel and accommodation requirements and ensuring arrangements in place for the COO;
  • Email managemement by screening and filtering emails, highlighting urgent correspondence and prioritizing tasks;
  • Filtering general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the COO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate;
  • Acting as a responsible interface between the different european business teams, external and internal business partners and the COO;
  • Undertaking other ad-hoc organizational duties as requested.

  • Punctual and reliable in execution and an Executive Assistant at heart
