EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (m/f/d)

 

in order to support two members of the

Executive Leadership Team. 

 

 

 

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (m/w/d) to support 2 C-level members of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, you will work closely with leaders throughout the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from the inside of a successful European tech company.

 

Your responsiblities

  • Provide world-class assistant support to one or two C-level executives, extensively managing their calendars, monitoring and actively managing outlook inboxes/outboxes and taking care of their global travel management, including expenses
  • Plan and attend (schedule, agenda, pre-reads, invitations) regular management meetings/workshops and document talking points, follow-ups as well as next steps
  • Prepare management documents such as letters and PowerPoint slide decks as well as other documents, emails, and agendas (e.g., for board meetings, supervisory board meetings or town hall meetings)
  • Be internally connected, know the business, screen pre-reads and brief our executives
  • Coordinate the executive team in case of any urgencies, inconstancies or achievements
  • Support the other executive assistants related to travel, vacation, or other needs

 

Your profile

  • Experience in management support as an Executive Assistant for at least 5 years, preferably in a mid-sized company and a fast-paced working-environment
  • Well-organized with good attention to detail, yet comfortable working in the fluid ambiguity of a thriving European tech company
  • A resourceful networker, able to work across teams to get things done
  • Feeling comfortable handling experienced managers as an equal
  • Business fluency in English and German is mandatory
