Partner Assistant 
in dynamic environment

Our Client is an international consulting firm focussing on a few core specialisms. The 2 Munich based Partners are German and US-American, travelling, meeting and working very hard. In order to provide the best possible logistical and administrative support we are looking for an experienced Partner Assistant with all necessary attributes to be a star! The environment ist open, direct, friendly and young. The offices are centrally located in Munich (Odeonsplatz). The salary level is above average.

Your role

 

The role can be split into two - around 80% is a classic PA role (as outlined below) and 20% is dedicated to project management (for example organisation of sector events). The Partner Assistant is expected to perform and excel at the following key set of tasks, although other tasks may be requested in addition to the list outlined below, typically with respect to supporting Partners’ selling and business development activities

 

  • Support the Partners in extensive diary management and travel booking
  • Arranging, preparing and finalizing of documents for client meetings
  • Taking minutes at internal and external meetings
  • Continously stay on top of contact management
  • Plan, organize and follow-up of meetings, video conferences and calls
  • Compiling and submitting expenses and timesheets
  • Supporting Partners with project administration as required
    (e.g., assuming duties as project secretary on appropriate client engagements)
  • Supporting Partners with personal administration as required
  • Ad hoc marketing campaigns for Partners as required
  • Support sector with appropriate tasks e.g., pipeline management
  • Supporting set-up of larger scale corporate events as required

 

Your profile

 

  • Mother-tongue level German and very good skills of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-office and related programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability for proactive upward management and making order out of chaos is a must!
  • Accurate, focused, driven and fast moving
  • Collaborative style
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple-tasks at the same time with appropriate prioritisation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
  • Experienced Assistant with several years of supporting teams / individuals at senior levels
  • Prior experience in a consultancy is always a plus as is previous sector work German as a second language required
